✅ Temperature Control – Shipments are transported in validated temperature-controlled units to maintain product integrity, whether requiring cold chain (2–8°C) or room temperature storage.
✅ Validation – Our cold chain temperature-controlled units are validated for up to 96 hours, ensuring the required conditions are maintained throughout transit for product efficacy and safety.
✅ Delivery Timeframes
- Metro Areas: 1-3 days delivery is available
- Regional Areas: Delivery to regional areas may take between 2-7 days.
✅ Shipping Schedule
- Shipments dispatched Monday to Thursday.
- No shipments on Fridays to prevent weekend delays.
✅ Handling Procedure – Upon arrival, shipments are promptly transferred to the appropriate storage conditions to prevent temperature deviations.
✅ Customer Responsibility – Customers must ensure appropriate storage facilities are available upon delivery.
✅ Exceptions – In extreme weather or unforeseen delays, delivery schedules may be adjusted, with timely customer notifications.
